The law firm of Lambert & Associates is pleased to announce that it has changed its name to Lambert Shortell & Connaughton.
Brendan M. Shortell has been a member of the firm for 9 years as an attorney, and spent 3 years with the firm as a law clerk while in law school. He has years of experience as a successful litigator and prosecution attorney specializing in trademark, copyright, and licensing matters. David J. Connaughton has been a member of the firm for 8 years as an attorney. David has extensive experience in successfully litigating and prosecuting patents in the federal courts, at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Brendan and David have been the recipients of many professional awards and honors including being named New England Super Lawyer Rising Stars.
