Our team of lawyers has a broad and extensive background in litigation. For example, Attorney Gary E. Lambert, the firm's managing partner, has successfully tried hundreds of cases before juries and judges. Gary successfully represented the firm's largest representative client, Wal-Mart, Inc., in a patent infringement case in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida in Miami which resulted in a dismissal of the action against Wal-Mart, Inc. Gary has tried or settled a multitude of other patent, trademark and copyright cases.
