David Connaughton

David Connaughton's practice involves all aspects of intellectual property law including patents, trademarks and copyrights, with a focus on patent preparation and prosecution and client counseling.

Mr. Connaughton is an attorney registered to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office, with experience in all aspects of patent prosecution including patent application filing, responding to office actions, restriction requirements, and re-issue applications, among others.

Additionally, Mr. Connaughton advises clients on all aspects of management, enforcement and licensing of their patent portfolios, along with providing litigation and technical support for patent infringement matters.
